TRICAP™ Microencapsulation Technology

Most of the bioactive nutrients in SeaBerry are in the form of oils, including Omega-3-6-7-9, beta-carotene, and vitamin E. Therefore, their application is primarily limited to soft gels or oils. TRICAP technology combines functional lipids from SeaBerry with selected carbohydrates to form a series of water-dispersible nutritional lipid powders known as omega powders.

Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction

Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction is a clean, non-toxic process that we use to extract the essence of SeaBerry. When SeaBerry fruit or seeds are added to carbon dioxide in liquid form, it draws out the oil, retaining nearly all of the vitamins, fatty acids, protein, and other beneficial components of the SeaBerry.
