Membership and Re-qualify

1. Customers can become basic members by registering on the website.

2. Customers have 12 months to accumulate the specified amount of purchases to reach the membership or maintain your membership. Once you are a member, you must re-qualify each subsequent 12 months by earning at least a specific amount of purchases. 

3. The membership is only valid for 12 months.

Membership Reward and Recognition Scheme

1. For every HK$1 spent on Puredia online transactions, members will receive a specified percentage % of the order amount as Pure Dollars (Rounded to the nearest whole number).

2. Pure Dollar will be credited to the account within 7 days after the customer completes the purchase.

3. $1 Pure Dollar is equivalent to HK$1 used on the website.

4. The order amount must be at least HK$500 to use Pure Dollar, and the upper limit is 5% of the order amount. 

5. All Pure Dollars are valid within a specified period after earning, otherwise, they will no longer be available.

6. Additional purchases or designated discounted products cannot be used with any discounts at the same time. 

7. Pure Dollars obtained from a single transaction must be used in the next transaction. 

8. Members can enjoy a one-time designated amount of birthday gift in the birthday month, which is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, and cannot be used after the expiration date. The order amount must be HK$500 or above after discount and does not apply to the purchase of designated promotional products.

10. The birthday month is based on the information when the member registered.

Precautions 

1. Membership, rewards, and Pure Dollars are not transferable to others.

2. The accumulated amount of member consumption cannot be combined across accounts.

3. The system automatically renews, upgrades, etc. the membership at 00:00 (GMT+8) every day

4. After logging in, members can go to "My Account" to view the current membership level, Pure Dollar, and other information.

5. Membership upgrades are based on the accumulated amount of orders whose payment status is "paid" and whose order status is not "canceled".

6. If the order redeemed with Pure Dollars is canceled, the redeemed Pure Dollars will not be refunded.

7. Membership discounts and discounts on event shopping credits cannot be used in combination. When membership discounts and event discounts coexist, the system will automatically select a more preferential method to redeem at checkout.

8. The current consumption amount for the membership upgrade will not be included in the calculation of the designated amount for membership renewal. 

9. If the customers do not log in to the membership system, the customers will not be able to accumulate and upgrade to a discount membership.

10. Puredia reserves the right to reserve, modify, suspend, or change the details of the activities at any time without prior notice.

11. In case of any dispute, Puredia reserves the right to the final decision.
