2. Express delivery
2.1.1 SF Express Home Delivery Service*: Available for any order with a minimum purchase of $250 (after counting the discount).
2.1.2 Self-pickup at SF Express Station or SF Smart Locker*: Available for any order with a minimum spend of $250 (after counting the discount).
*If the package is not picked up or is overdue, the member should pay the extra charge charged by SF Express.
2.2 If the amount of the order is less than HK$250 (**the net total amount: the total payment after deducting all the discounts), an additional HK$50 shipping fee will be charged to the order.
2.3 After receiving your order and payment, we will process your order as soon as possible, including stocking and packaging. The delivery time of the goods depends on the delivery time and destination. It is expected to be delivered within 10 working days. .
2.4 Once the order is confirmed, all shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that each order is limited to a single delivery location.
2.5. Once the goods have been delivered, our company will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the products.
