1. This return policy only applies to the customer who purchased the products through the Puredia website.
2. The customers can request to return the products for the following reasons within 7 working days after receiving the purchased product. You can apply for a return via making a call to the Puredia customer service hotline ((+852) 31063220) during office hours (Monday to Friday 9:00-6:00 a), or send an email to marketinghk@puredia.com.
(a) the product was not delivered as ordered or incorrect quantity of Goods was delivered.; or
(b) Products delivered were expired or damaged.
3. All product packaging (original packaging, Puredia boxes, receipts, and related gifts) must be returned with the item.
4. Puredia will review your request within 7 working days. If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and you need to return the products to the following address: Room 1312, 13/F, New East Ocean Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui
5. It is the user's responsibility to pay for the shipping costs. Puredia reserves the right to deduct the cost of any delivery services from the refunded amount.
6. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
(a) the goods have been used, damaged, or opened, or the packaging has been broken or damaged, or the lot number or expiration date of the product is missing, covered or obscured;
(b) the goods have expired or the remaining shelf life is less than six months;
(c) the goods were purchased through any channel other than this website, or
(d) The goods are marked as gifts or samples.
(e) the goods were purchased at a special, discounted, or promotional price.
7. Puredia reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange application without prior notic, and reserves the right to decide that the relevant return or exchange application is insufficient or inappropriate.
8. Puredia does not provide a refund service.
